Originally from Miami, Jordan studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, specializing in Aviation Management. He then attended the UCONN MBA program in Connecticut specializing in Finance/Marketing. Jordan started his aviation management career working at Spirit Airlines in the flight safety department and Operational Command Center (OCC), which enabled a deep understanding of the operations and diligent attention to detail for on-time departures. He later spent 10 years at Atlas Air in both operations and sales departments, where he increased his knowledge and experience on both ground and flight operations, as well as the importance of customer satisfaction ranging from VIP passenger flights to the rapid movement of express cargo. At Rock-It Cargo, Jordan saw firsthand ground operation impacts and challenges from the airport cargo warehouse to the aircraft from a customer’s perspective. Jordan then joined global air cargo carrier CMA CGM Air Cargo, heading the North American division as Director of Sales and Operations with multiple US gateways.
