Originally from Poland, Eva is a results-driven leader with 18 years of experience in the Americas and EMEA, most recently serving as the VP of Business Development and Partnerships and Head of Marketing at Aero. Over the last 8 years, she has been instrumental in guiding private investment firms, high-growth startups, scale-ups, and non-profits in establishing and expanding their operations, increasing revenue and enhancing their brand presence. While she has worked across various sectors and verticals, she is most passionate about mobility, travel, and hospitality. Prior to immersing herself in entrepreneurial pursuits, Eva spent 10 years in the financial services industry where she focused on marketing, sponsorships, events, and investor relations. Eva began her career at JPMorgan Asset and Wealth Management, and continued on to work at CQS, Och-Ziff Capital Management and Atticus Capital. She graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology, Cinema and Media Studies and Economics from Wellesley College, and further enriched her academic journey as a visiting student at St. Hilda’s College at the University of Oxford in Experimental Psychology.
