Aramik Markarian

Originally from Tehran, Iran, Aramik brings more than a decade of backend engineering experience across different industries including telecom and aerospace. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Amirkabir University of Technology and was part of a world-champion RoboCup Rescue Simulation team.

Aramik began his career at FreedomPop, building backend systems across telecom products and customer operations. He then moved to SpaceX, where he designed subscription, billing, payments, and event-driven services for Starlink's consumer platform, helping support the systems behind one of the world's largest satellite internet networks.

Most recently, Aramik led backend engineering at Amplica Labs, building privacy-preserving distributed systems and AI-safety infrastructure. His early work in RoboCup Rescue Simulation sparked a lasting interest in optimization problems where software coordinates teams, resources, and decisions under pressure. He joined Moonware to apply his experience to help airfield teams plan, and coordinate ground operations with greater reliability and efficiency.
