Jonathan Norman

Based in Miami, Florida, Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience across the aviation industry. He holds a BS in Aerospace Technology & Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an FAA Commercial Pilot License.

Jonathan began his career in airline operations and planning before moving into aviation strategy and consulting. He went on to hold leadership roles at Frost & Sullivan and AviaPro Consulting, working with airlines, airports, OEMs, and aviation technology companies on operational and commercial strategy. In 2023, he founded Normanas Aerospace, an advisory practice focused on airport technology and aviation innovation.

Alongside his professional work, Jonathan serves as Airport Chair and Board Member of Aviation Festival Americas and as Chairman and Co-Founder of the Ethiopian Aviation Forum, where he helps bring together leaders from across the global aviation industry.

Jonathan joined Moonware as Senior Director of Sales, bringing more than two decades of aviation experience to the team. He is passionate about advancing the role of technology in aviation and helping shape the future of more connected, efficient operations.
