Kyle Sims

Originally from Ohio, Kyle has 18 years of experience in airline and airport operations. While earning his degree in Aviation Management at Jacksonville University, he began his aviation career with US Airways Express as a cross-trained Customer Service Agent.

Kyle went on to hold leadership roles with regional and global airlines, overseeing airport operations, operational excellence, emergency preparedness, and safety initiatives supporting airline networks across more than 50 U.S. airports. Most recently, he spent several years in private aviation leading enterprise safety assurance, emergency preparedness, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthened operational resilience across large, complex flight operations.

Kyle's passion for aviation began with his father, a private pilot. He joined Moonware to help the aviation industry transform ground operations through automation and data-driven decision making, helping build the foundation for the future of travel.
